Kenneth specializes in working with large corporate transformations involving strategy, growth, cost reduction, performance improvement and organizational effectiveness. In addition, he has led multiple Corporate Finance and IT integration programs. He has worked with clients in financial services, industrial products, utilities, consumer goods, retail, airlines and transportation.

Prior to co-founding TwinPikes in 2011, Kenneth developed his 20-year-long career working with McKinsey, Gemini Consulting, and serving as Vice President at Capgemini responsible for the Strategy and Transformation practice in their Barcelona office. Kenneth has also been CEO of an industrial company as well as having several experiences as an entrepreneur. Kenneth holds an B. Eng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering along with an M.Sc. in IT, both from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland, as well as an MBA from IESE, Barcelona, Spain.

Xavier has extensive expertise on revenue growth strategies. He has led many engagements focused on developing strategic plans, improving value propositions, redesigning the go-to-market and changing the way the customer is acquired and managed to deliver a differentiating experience. His work has focused on supporting top management in detailing the ambition, quantifying the potential and aligning and transforming the organization around how to achieve it.

Prior to co-founding TwinPikes in 2011, Xavier worked at Capgemini in the Consumer Products, Retail & Distribution practice. He has also held several positions as Sales Director in various companies. Xavier holds a B.S. in Economics from C.D.E.S ABAD OLIBA, an MBA from IESE Business School and has completed his education in International Strategy in The Johnson Graduate School of Management (Cornell University), the New York University and the London Business School.

With more than 35 years of global consulting experience, Fernando has a particular focus on Strategy and Organizational Efficiency. He has worked with a broad range of national and international companies spanning across a plethora of sectors such as industrial products, consumer goods, transportation and logistics, and life sciences.

Fernando started his consulting career at Bossard Consultants, of which he became the General Manager in 1991. He proceeded to take on the position of CEO at Gemini Consulting Spain in 1996 after Bossard’s integration with Gemini Consulting and then COO at Capgemini Spain in 2004 after the integration of Gemini Consulting and Capgemini. Fernando later became CEO of Capgemini Brazil in 2009 and finally joined TwinPikes in 2014. Fernando holds a B.Eng (Hons) in Industrial Engineering from UPV/EHU Bilbao, Spain.

João Miguel has worked with CEOs and Marketing VPs of some of the largest companies in Brazil, Spain and Portugal across different industries such as Telecoms, Banking, Retail, Tourism, FMCG and Energy. Having started his career as a consultant at PwC Portugal, he moved on to be an Executive Board Member at the Portuguese Trade, Investment and Tourism Board and later as a Board Member of Wolff Olins UK and CEO of the Iberia BU and Brazilian Market of Wolff Olins.

In 2002 he founded MyBrand, a global branding agency based in Lisbon. He joined TwinPikes as a partner in 2019. João Miguel has an MBA from NOVA/SBE in Lisbon and plays an active role in academy, having lectured in numerous Business Schools as well as several Marketing and Branding Conferences.

Nigel Keal

Focus on Business Growth and developing partnerships.

Nigel has an extensive experience in Travel Retail. He has been leading globally key areas such as Commercial, Purchasing and Shop Development at WDF and at Dufry Group during the last 14 years. He has also been, until last year, President of the European Travel Retail Confederation (ETRC) where he remains Director and Board Member.

Overall, Nigel has a successful track record in growing business, developing partnerships, and managing multi-cultural teams in retail environments.

Santiago Foncillas

Expert in transformation projects for large international corporations.

Santiago is a reference in the Spanish-speaking TMT sector. He has +3 decades’ experience in consulting (Former Senior Partner at Europraxis Consulting – Indra) and M&A (Founding Partner at Advisia ) advising clients (Telcos and VCS specially) across Africa, Europe, and Latin America on a wide range of topics.

His career has been focused on creating transactions and leading transformation projects for large international corporations.

Alejandro Ruiz


Supply Chain Lead

Alejandro has extensive experience in the Global Supply Chain strategy and efficiency field, having led numerous engagements to develop strategy plans, reduce operational costs, improve service levels and/or reduce net working capital.
Throughout his career, he has focused on implementing solutions which ensured the efficiency of the end-to-end supply chain, delivered tangible results which flowed to the P&L and transformed organizations to have a mindset for excellence.

Prior to joining TwinPikes, Alejandro held the position of Global Supply Chain Head for Americas and EMEA at DUFRY Travel Retail. Before that, he was the Logistics Director at DELL. He has also headed several Supply Chain transformation projects for international companies as a Senior Advisor.
Alejandro holds a B.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Univ. Zaragoza, a Post-Graduate Degree from UNED (Madrid) in Business Management Consulting and has completed his education in Digital Transformation in The Valley Digital School (Madrid).

David Thomas


David has specialized in supporting customers in the transformation journey, defining strategy and driving execution to achieve the expected results. He has worked for large telco companies as well as in manufacturing, consumer goods and insurance.

Prior to joining Twin Pikes, David worked for firms such as Booz&Co, Roland Berger, Europraxis and mmC delivering strategy projects in the Telecom sector. He also founded OCG Consulting in Madrid which latter integrated into Twin Pikes, as well as other entrepreneur initiatives. David holds a B.a. (Hons) in Business by the University of Portsmouth nd has completed his education in Digital Transformation in Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI) in Madrid.

Marc has +20 years of experience in multiple industries such as Retail, Fashion, Consumer Goods, Pharma and Financial Services, carrying out projects on E-commerce, Go-To-Market, Customer Engagement, Revenue Management, Data & Digital Transformation and Supply Chain.

With a long track of international and multi-cultural work experience across Europe, Americas, Middle East and Africa, and after many years working for top consulting firms such as Accenture, PwC Strategy&, Capgemini and NTT Data he is currently acting as Business Consulting Director at TwinPikes helping C-suite to transform the organization through Data.

Marc holds a B.Eng in Telecommunications Engineering, an ESADE-HEC MBA, and a Master’s Degree in Finance.
